| Injection moulding machine designed specifically for the production of Heels and Top Heels. With one central nozzle for Top Heels, interchangeable with a manifold injection head with two nozzles for producing products without sprue. Injection carriage movement is by two hydraulic cylinders with a mechanical stop which is fully adjustable for mould protection. Suck back is standard in order to avoid material drool. Mould holders are fitted to enable fast tool changes for both single and double cavities both having built in ejector systems water circuits and clamps. Electronic trip balance ensures automatic recycle along with preset production monitoring and audio visual alarm on completion of preset production run. Machine CE marked. |
