compact or expanded thermoplastic materials. Vertical clamping units
by hydraulic cylinders to avoid any adjustment of the press plates
when fitting moulds having different thickness.
Special device for the automatic sliding of the bottom mould-holder
out of the press, useful to help the duty of the worker, or any
robot/manipulator, when collecting the moulded pieces or positioning
the inserts, if any. Hydraulic ejector located out of the press
columns.
Horizontal injection units, reciprocating screw type, with hydraulic
motors for screw rotation. Screw profiles have been designed for
high plastification efficiency. Fixed or adjustable injection nozzle
height. Oil control unit with variable displacement pump and closed
loop control for oil pressure and flow. Electronic control board
with colour video. Software including program for production parameters
memory. Protections and safety devices according to CE-standards.
Front gates with vertical opening and pneumatic drive.
On request we can fit on each press a second injection unit, located
vertically, to produce multicolour items.
