Extrusion unit
The extrusion unit is composed of a three-speed motor-reducer,
which is connected to plasticizing screw. Each unit is provided
of three thermoregulated zones. The supporting system of material
hoppers allows the operation of material and/or colour change independent
for each working station. Each extruder is provided of a mechanical
system for nozzle height adjustment. (Optional: with electrical
control).
Clamping unit
Vertical clamping unit run by toggle with movable plates. The toggle,
placed on lower part of the unit, is supplied as standard version
with hydraulic control. The lubrication is obtained with manual
pump. (Optional: with electrical control). Each unit is provided
of tanks for lubricating oil collection. The mould height regulation,
manual with gears, is placed on the upper movable plate, and may
be supplied with electrical motor-reducer. The seats for an eventual
upper ejector are placed directly on the upper movable plate. The
reaction plate includes a table for mould traslation and for mouldings
extraction. This extraction is run by a pneumatic cylinder. Standard
devices are: mould cooling, anti--shrinkage air spout, end of injection
with a microswitch in the mould.
Idraulic plant
The version with clamping unit run by hydraulic control is provided
of an hydraulic device. Working pressure regulations are independent
for each single clamping unit. The device is provided with a heat
exchanger and level indicator. On request, the machine may be supplied
with an electrical level indicator, temperature indicator, and of
a thermostatic valve on oil cooling circuit. 4-way flow-switch for
mould cooling circuit.
Control panel
Electromechanical control panel through which it is possible to
run all moulding parameters. Each working station is provided with
a command board for manual operation. Possibility of manual, semiautomatic
and automatic cycle operation (with robots).

Hydraulic clamping, nozzle height electrical adjustment, extrusion
height electrical adjustment, hydraulic ejector, valve nozzle for
moulding of expanded, upper extractor, screw-piston injection unit.
