New model of machine for moulding thermoplastic materials. The innovation is the modular system and the simplification of moulding operations. The pistoning clamping unit allows all-height moulds mounting and it does not require intervention for thickness adjustment. Automatic sliding-out of the lower mould plate to facilitate the operator during ejection.

Screw-pistoning injection unit allowing best use of thermoplastics.

All possibilities of speed and pressure control.

Main standard characteristics:

  • All machine movements are hydraulic.
  • Two working stations, with independent manual or automatic control.
  • Easy mounting of moulds even with different dimensions.
  • Mould-holder plates with cooling.
  • Air in the moulds with timered controls.
  • Pneumatic safety gate for the operator.
