| Two station rotary machine for the moulding of thermoplastic articles with inserts. Screw-piston injection unit studied for producing articles in hygroscopic materials such as thermoplastic Polyurethane, Nylon, etc. Vertical clamping unit driven by a piston. 2 station rotating table where two lower and 1 upper mould-half may be placed. While injection is running on the first mould, in the second one there is the article ejection and the insert loading. The automatic loader may be excluded in one or both stations to allow the moulding without inserts. Control panel built-in the machine basement made either in electric or microprocessor versions. Heating hopper feeder optional. |
