Rotary injection moulding machine with 48+48 single cavity mould-holders, specially designed for the automatic production of thermoplastic foamed corks for wine and spirit corks.
The machine is equipped with two injection units for the production of stoppers in two different materials/colours at the same time. Weight tolerance of the cork +/-0,1 g; one sprue for each cork weights only 0,12/0,14 g. and it is automatically removed. Mould holders can accept from standard up to sparkling wine or spirit cork-moulds.
Corks of all compounds are ejected by a special air-blowing-system which avoids the use of mechanical ejectors as well as possible marks on surface, this leaving more space for writings, logos, numbers, etc. on both cork tops. PC/Touch-Screen operating system, Presma software with storage of injection parameters and prearrangement for modem remote assistance connection.
