Injection moulding rotary machine either with 48 single cavity mould-holders, i.e. type with one injection units specially designed for the automatic production of thermoplastic foamed corks for enological use.
Weight tolerances +/- 0,1 gr.; one sprue for each cork weights only 0,12/0,14 gr. Mould holders can fit from standard up to sparkling wine or “T” (spirits) cork-moulds.
Corks of all compounds are ejected by a special air-blowing-system which avoids the use of mechanical ejectors as well as possible marks on surface, this leaving more space for writings, logos, numbers, etc. on both cork tops.
